How It Works 
 

1 Sign Up & Subscribe​

  • Provide us with a contact email and specify the number of dependents you wish to include on your plan.

  • Your payment is processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant partner.

  • Where applicable, you also immediately designate a dedicated Legacy Contact (email only).

  • This provides the framework for us to build your vault separate from your billing information.

2 We Build Your Anonymous Vault

  • We generate your secure, anonymous vault. This is associated with your unique, randomized Membership ID and we create separate, isolated vault records for you and each of your dependents. We then email you your Membership ID—your key for making future requests.

3 Upload Records to Populate Your Vault

  • To add records, you send us a request from your registered email. We then create a unique, time-limited, and empty upload folder and send a secure link directly to you or your healthcare provider's email. They use this link to upload the requested records directly into your vault.

4 Request Access to View or Share

  • When you need to view your records or share them with a new provider, you send us a request from your registered email. For sharing, you specify the recipient's email address and which records to share.

5 We Provide Secure, Limited Access

  • Upon your request, we generate a time-expiring, password-protected access link that provides view-only access to the specific records you've authorized. We send this link directly to the intended recipient via encrypted email. Access is automatically revoked after the time limit expires.

6 Your Legacy is Secured

  • Your data is preserved based on your chosen plan, accessible only by your membership ID

  • Your designated Legacy Contact is already on file. Upon verified need, we will follow a strict protocol to grant them one-time access to retrieve your family's health history, ensuring your legacy is preserved.
